It's OK to change your mind!
Customers based in the United Kingdom are protected by the 'Distance Selling Regulations 2000', this gives you a period of fourteen days to change your mind about any purchase made on the internet and request a full refund. We are happy to extend this to a period of 30 days from the day you receive your order, and to customers based anywhere, as well as those who live in the UK.

If you are simply looking to exchange an item purchased from us, then we are happy to do so with the proof of purchase for a period of up to 90 days from the purchase date and on the condition that the item is still boxed in its original condition.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Our 2 year cufflink guarantee
Our cufflinks come with a manufacturer guarantee. Cufflinks returned to us due to faulty manufacture within two years of the purchase date will be replaced. Proof of purchase may be required, this guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

The legal stuff!
Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Company means John Pinder Ltd, Buyer means the person to whom the invoice or quotation is addressed.

2. A quotation is for information only and is binding on the Company only to the extent that it is incorporated in an order, which the Company has accepted in writing.

3. By ordering any goods from the Company, the Buyer will be deemed to agree that these terms and conditions shall apply and that any other conditions contained on or in any letter, order form, receipt or the like received by the Company from the buyer in connection with the goods so ordered shall not form part of any contract made in respect of the said goods.

4. Not withstanding anything that may be quoted or agreed the Company reserves the right to charge the price ruling at the date of despatch.

5. The Company and the Buyer expressly agree that until the Company has been paid in full for the goods comprised in this or any other sale contract between them:-

i) The goods comprised in this contract remain the property of the Company (although the risk therein passes to the Buyer at the point when delivery begins).
ii) The Company may recover those goods at any time from the Buyer if the amount outstanding from the Buyer to the Company in respect of goods supplied shall remain unpaid after the due date for payment has passed and for that purpose the Company, its servants and agents may enter upon land or building upon which the goods are situated.
iii) The Buyer has the right to dispose of the goods in the course of its business for the account of the Company (but any warranties, condition or representations given or made by the Buyer to any third party shall not be binding on the Company who shall be indemnified by the Buyer with respect thereto) and to pass good title to the goods to his customer being a bona fide purchaser for value without notice of the Company's rights.
iv) In the event of such a disposal the Buyer has the fiduciary duty to the Company to account to the Company for the proceeds but may retain there from an excess of such proceeds over the amount outstanding under this or any other sales contract between them, and the Company has the additional right to recover the Buyer's price from the Buyer's customer to the extent of which it remains unpaid, if the Company avails itself of such right the Company will account to the Buyer for any such excess aforesaid less any expenses incurred by the Company in respect of such Recovery.
v) Any complaint of short delivery or of damage to goods in transit must be notified to the Company in writing or otherwise upon a consignment note or delivery note document within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and any complaint of failure to deliver goods invoiced must be so notified within 7 days from the date of invoice.
vi) The Company shall not be liable for failing to perform the contract whether wholly or in part, if any circumstance or circumstances outside the Company's control cause the failure either wholly or partly.
vii) No forbearance or indulgence by the Company shown or granted to the Buyer whether in respect of these general conditions or otherwise shall in any way prejudice the rights of the Company against the Buyer or be regarded as a waiver of any of these general conditions.
viii) In no circumstances will the Company be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
ix) The Company will make every effort to keep to delivery and shipment dates but such dates are not to be treated as terms of the contract, time will not be of essence to the contract and the Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage which may result from late delivery.
x) The Law of England will govern the interpretation and performance of this contract and its terms and conditions.
xi) All sketches and origination work remain the property of the Company.
xii) Alterations from original copy made at the request of the Buyer will be charged as extra item.
xiii) Whilst every endeavour will be made to supply material in accordance with the quality of sample submitted or quoted for, this cannot be guaranteed.
xiv) The performance of all contracts is subject to variation or cancellation by the Company owing to any Act of God, war, strikes, lockouts, fire, flood, drought, tempest or any other cause beyond the control of the Company or owing to any instability by the Company to procure materials or articles required for the performance of the contract and the Company shall not be held responsible for any liability to deliver any such contingency.
